GE Z-Wave Plus
This in-wall switch activates with switch, motion, and automatic timers, but also with the Home Assistant integration offers application and voice control capabilities. Motion detection is available to Home Assistant offering a trigger to other automations and notifications related to presence detection. Z-wave network is local and secure but requires a Z-wave network controller and hub.

- Variable motion settings – Personalize the switch with three motion-detection options – occupancy, vacancy and manual. Occupancy mode turns lights ON/OFF automatically, while lights are turned on manually and off automatically in the vacancy setting.
- Light-sensing option – In occupancy mode, choose to allow the switch to activate any time motion is detected or only in low-light situations.
- Custom operation – With 5 time-out duration options ranging from 5 seconds to 30 minutes and 3 motion-sensitivity levels

Cheaper option NOT connected to Home Assistant, but useful in areas such as closets and laundry rooms where remote connection is not useful.
